WATERFRONT FESTIVAL - June 13th, 2009
Ground breaking for the new expanded GO Parking / Waterfront Parking - June 13th, 2009
This year we had even more reason to celebrate at the Port Union Waterfront Festival.
Councillor Moeser officially announced the start of construction for the new GO Transit
Parking lot on the east side of the Common along the Duthie St. road allowance. There was a
sod turning event with special guests Mayor Miller and other local dignitaries.
New parking facilities for the Waterfront and Go Transit - completion in summer of 2010
And now we have more parking, for both Go Transit users and visitors to our beautiful Waterfont.
