Port Union Village Common Park Improvement Project
1. The project has a revised final completion target date of end of June 2011, due to the final building location requiring revision, other unforeseeable existing site conditions, and a required electrical transformer shutdown that can only be done in warmer weather.
2. The foundation, concrete slab, interior walls and exterior wall work is mainly completed.
3. The roofing framework material is on site and planned to be installed by end of Mar 2011.
4. The contractor advises that the building shell completion date is end of Mar 2011, except warm-weather dependent electrical, landscaping and finishing work, to be done as soon as weather permits.
5. The final electrical service connection must be scheduled in Spring 2011, due to a required residential block temporary shut down by Toronto Hydro.
